Business Facilities
The Palm Room, our fully catered conference room, can take up to 70 clients theatre style or 30 people boardroom style. In the Waterfront Restaurant, we specialize in personalized conferences and weddings for up to 150 people. Corporate customers get free local and national phone calls, free 24 hour internet, a free upgrade to a Hastings Room, and we provide photocopying and fax facilities.
Car Parking
In all our ground floor rooms, you can park right outside the door. We also have undercover parking monitored by security cameras. Otherwise you can park anywhere in our extensive grounds which can take two full sized coaches. The grounds are secured by flood lighting at night.
Getting There
The El Paso is about four hours north of Sydney and six hours south of
Brisbane . If coming by plane, train or bus, we can pick you up – just give us a call. Otherwise, drive to the end of to our main street, Horton Street, then turn right into Clarence St and we are a block up on the left.

Drop in to the old Court House next door. Pop over to the museum across the road. Take a stroll along the breakwater to

Oxley
Beach . If you’re lucky you’ll see dolphins or even a seal on the way. Stroll around the corner to the wharf and catch a boat to go whale or dolphin watching, sightseeing up the river, or on a thrilling jet boat ride. If you’re feeling energetic, hire a kayak or a jet ski. Visit some of Port Macquarie’s historic churches, lookouts, galleries and maritime museums. Spend some time in the

Cemetery and Gardens then see if you can spot a koala during a walk in the spectacular
Kooloonbung
Creek
Nature
Park . You will certainly see some flying foxes. Then don’t forget to visit the famous
Koala
Hospital – it’s free! If you want to venture further afield, stop in at Cassegrain Wines for tastings and cellar door sales, and go to Ricardo’s Tomatoes, sample some of their award-winning preserves and pick your own strawberries.
Park outside your door in a ground floor rejuvenated room with direct access to the pool and spa across the courtyard. Mostly queen sized beds with some doubles. Some have an extra single bed giving a maximum occupancy of three. Some rooms are interconnecting and some have a small kitchenette
