* Centrally located in South Katoomba and only minuites to Echo Point, The Three Sisters, Scenic World, bushwalks, specialty shops, cafes and some of the finest restaurants in the Mountains.

* The cottage has a fully equipped country style kitchen and seperate dining roomfor eating in or the cafe's and restaurants of Katoomba Street are only a walking distance away.

*With leadlight features throughout the cottage offers 2 double bedrooms, one queen and one double with a double sofabed in the third bedroom. Cosy quilts, electric blankets & all linen supplied.

*A slow combustion fireplace to curl up in front of on those chilly mountain nights (firewood provided). Widescreen TV, VCR and DVD player along with a selection of DVD's, videos, books and magazines.

**Maximum occupancy 6 people**

*Cottage rates are $115.00 p/person per night for the 1st 2 people staying.

*$30.00 per night for each additional adult/child.

*Porta cots welcome - bubs in porta cots stay free.
