By listing your property on www.holidayonline.com.au you agree to the following terms and conditions :

www.holidayonline.com.au is a meeting place between property owners and renters. However we are not involved in the actual transaction between the property owner and any third party. You enter into any transaction at your own risk. www.holidayonline.com.au accepts no responsibility for any loss, expense or damage to property, goodwill, data or persons arising directly or indirectly from use of the website.

By listing your property on www.holidayonline.com.au you agree that you have the authority to do so and abide by all laws, codes and by laws.

It is your responsibility to make sure all information including rates on your listing is accurate and up-to-date. You can update your information at anytime by logging in at http://www.holidayonline.com.au/login.html or by sending an email to info@holidayonline.com.au with the changes you would like made.

Property owners and renters are responsible for contacting each other and confirming any bookings.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our website, products or services at any time.

www.holidayonline.com.au does not mediate disputes. Property owners and renters should resolve disputes between each other.

www.holidayonline.com.au may remove your listing or review, modify, reformat, reject or remove any material that you make available via the website at any time.

You will receive booking enquiries via email and it is a condition of listing your property on www.holidayonline.com.au that every booking enquiry is replied to even if it's just to confirm that your property is unavailable for the dates required. Before you send the response to the enquirer it is your responsibility to check that all information on the response ( including rates and dates quoted ) is correct. You can edit responses if the information is not correct. If you do send a response to an enquirer with incorrect information then it is your responsibility to immediately inform the enquirer by contacting them by their personal email address or telephone number. If you do not have this information then it is your responsibility to immediately contact Holidayonline at info@holidayonline.com.au requesting this information.

You agree to pay us 10% of the total amount paid by the renter for each confirmed booking after the renter has paid and stayed.

Every month that you receive booking enquiries from us you will receive a list of these unconfirmed bookings. From this list you must confirm which enquiries turned into confirmed bookings. You must complete this list even if no confirmed bookings eventuated for that month. From this, an invoice will be generated which is payable within 7 days.

We reserve the right to audit the enquiries made through the website and audit your accounts and records relating to your property bookings in order to verify the information provided by you. You agree to grant our auditor access and assistance as is reasonably necessary in order to carry out such audit. We also have mystery shoppers and survey every person who fills out a booking form to verify the confirmed stays you report.

 

You may remove your listing at any time by e-mailing info@holidayonline.com.au. On removal of your listing, you must pay any outstanding invoices at the time of removal. A confirmation of future stays form must be completed for future months for which you received enquiries through www.holidayonline.com.au and you must pay for the commission owed on those at the time of removal of your listing.

You are liable for all taxes (including GST), duties or government charges payable in connection with this agreement whether applying at the date of this agreement or in the future.

Whilst we will be making every effort to keep www.holidayonline.com.au error free and online we do not make any representations or warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

We reserve the right to amend this agreement and/or the commission fee specified on the Site at any time by giving you 7 days notice via email. If we do, your subsequent or continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any change(s). If you object to any change(s), your only remedy is to immediately discontinue your use of the Site. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted the change(s).

This agreement, together with any terms and conditions it refers to, comprises the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements or representations.

All material on www.holidayonline.com.au is subject to copyright and is the property of www.holidayonline.com.au
You may remove your listing from www.holidayonline.com.au at any stage.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
