One of the grand old buildings of Nowra, built in 1921 by members of the Bice Family (original pioneers of the district). The Guest House has remained in use as an accommodation place for travellers since then.

Set in pleasant surrounds and located just a short stroll to town facilities, the majestic Shaolhaven River and adjacent to peaceful bushland walk.
