Waterview Narrabeen

I would not hesitate to recommend Bennett Property Management to anyone. I was anxious about organising property rental between London and Sydney and flying my family into the ‘unknown’, but from the very outset Bennett Property Management made the whole process easy and transparent. Highly professional with excellent communication throughout, Deanne was an absolute pleasure to engage with; and when unexpected events arose; Deanne spared nothing to make sure our needs were met and things restored to order. The apartment was immaculate, and the attention to detail was terrific. If I ever return to Australia in need of accommodation again, Deanne and Bennett Property Management would be the first call I make. Many thanks for a memorable stay and an happy family holiday. Hi Deanne, my family checked out from Waterview Narrabeen this morning and and they are now flying back to Brazil. I'd like to thank you very much for everything, for all the help and patience with my family, especially with my father, for sorting things out regarding the accessibility. Hi Deanne Just getting over jet-lag from our 34 hour journey back to the U.K. but I wanted to send you our Guest Review for Waterview in Narrabeen as soon as possible. We were absolutely delighted with the luxurious accommodation; the best we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in many places around the world. It had everything, plenty of space, a fantastic 60’ x 30’ part covered balcony so you could sit outside even in the rain! There was every kitchen appliance known to man; a real home-from-home. Supplying things like toilet rolls, detergent/fabric conditioner and cleaning materials was very convenient. The accommodation had the advantage of being situated close to frequent bus services into the city, Manly and Palm Beach. There were very popular restaurants, cafes and The Sands Hotel in close proximity. Supermarkets were a few minutes walk away. It was a delight to wake up to watch the sun rise, shining on a shimmering sea, drinking our early morning cup of tea in bed – it doesn’t get much better than that. We’ve been to Narrabeen several times now and we hope to return to Waterview next year. Kind regards Jackie and Frank McAlavey

My husband and 2 daughters had a fantastic 3 week stay at Waterview Narrabeen, it was much more than we even expected from the photos. The huge outdoor balcony was amazing with uninterrupted views of the ocean. Even more amazing, I woke up the first morning and saw a pod of dolphins swim past from my bed! The apartment felt very spacious with 2 bedrooms , 2 beautiful bathrooms, a lovely open plan kitchen/living space and a separate laundry. Everything we needed was already there, not just for the whole family, but we also entertained friends! Having a triple garage was a real bonus as we had the kids bikes etc. The restaurant directly below was excellent and very child friendly and there were another 2 options in the same block with a market and bottle shop around the corner. It was perfect accommodation for a family holiday and we would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Deanne at Bennett property made everything so easy to organise for some very busy people, it was all much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again. Kind Regards, Letitia Lauchlan
