The complex features a large 11 metre salt-water swimming pool, heatedall year round and issurrounded by our lush green landscaped gardens which include a gazebo and undercover barbecue facilities.

Tuscany provides secure parkingwith storage in your own garage and ample off-street parking for your boat or trailer.

Tuscany's 2 and 3 bedroom fully self contained apartments feature:

First time visit to Merimbula. Apartments are very clean, well presented and spacious. Great location just parked the car and walked to everything, the beach and town. certainly recommend.
