Canberra is the only inland capital city in Australia and is a picture for all seasons from the snow on the mountains and crisp air in winter to the vibrant display of colour and blossoms in spring. The National Capital of Australia is a beautifully planned city with unique circular streets and strategically set on the man made Lake Burley Griffin, central to the display of the many city attractions. With over 40 per cent of the Australian Capital Territory parks and bushland and millions of trees lining its streets it is truly a garden city to behold. |
