Downstairs has 3 bedrooms. Two with queen size beds and the third with a trilogy bed (double bed with a single bunk above) plus a single fold out bed. The main bedroom has an ensuite plus there is a separate full bathroom downstairs. Each bedroom has its own pedestal fan and oil heater. There is an extra toilet upstairs as well.
Enjoy BBQs on the sunny deck with good ocean views. Note view from deck is water & trees as in the photo. The beach is just across your backyard with some great fishing spots. If you want surf you will be disappointed, Long Beach is a safe family beach.
For BABIES there is a portacot, playpen, high chair & baby bath with stand and a baby gate that can be installed at the top of the stair.

Make any booking 3 months in advance & receive free linen hire, but if you make a 7+day booking 3 months in advance you receive free gift vouchers for $15 per person (up to 8) for "AUSSIE PANCAKES".
Linen hire is available but not included - $20.00 per person, or free if booked three months in advance. Check in after 2pm, check out by 10am, or by arrangement. Compilimentary wine and Coffee on arrival.
